M Tired Of Talking
Feeling tired is a common state for many active Americans. Hectic lifestyles and demanding schedules take their toll on the number of hours available for rest. Lack of time is not the only reason for feeling tired throughout the day. Other reasons for feeling tired include: blood sugar fluctuations, anemia, too much caffeine, lack of exercise and depression.
Avoid Feeling Tired with Enough Hours Set Aside for Sleep
Plan to go to sleep a set number of hours based on the time you have to get up the following morning to avoid feeling tired. Ideally, your body needs between seven and eight hours for nightly sleep. For example, if you do not have to get up until 9 a.m., you can go to bed as late as 1 a.m to get the full amount of asleep. Not setting aside time at night to sleep can cause tired feelings, lack of concentration, increased accidents and increased risks for other health problems.
Adjust Food Intake to Avoid Feeling Tired Throughout the Day
Are you feeling tired in the middle of the morning or afternoon periods? It is possible that your body is experiencing blood sugar fluctuations. A sudden drop in previously normal blood sugar levels can cause weakness and fatigue. Diabetics with too high of blood sugar levels may experience a sudden energy drain with fatigue and inability to concentrate. Focus on consuming regular meals, particularly a healthy breakfast.
